Service Scope

Architect Publishing offers publishing-related creative and professional services, which may include manuscript development, editorial guidance, book planning, ghostwriting support, cover design coordination, interior formatting coordination, publishing consultation, platform building, marketing asset development, and launch preparation.

Services vary by package, written agreement, proposal, invoice, or project scope.

02

No Guarantee of Publishing Success

While Architect Publishing is committed to helping clients create professional publishing assets, we do not guarantee bestseller status, book sales volume, platform growth, media placement, literary representation, speaking engagements, awards, reviews, or financial success.

Publishing outcomes depend on many variables, including content quality, audience fit, marketing execution, timing, pricing, platform selection, competition, and the author’s continued involvement.

03

Author Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final content, facts, names, permissions, claims, stories, imagery, references, and publishing materials before release.

Authors are also responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to use submitted manuscripts, quotes, testimonials, images, excerpts, music references, trademarks, brand materials, and any third-party intellectual property included in their project.

04

No Legal or Copyright Advice

Architect Publishing does not provide legal advice, copyright law advice, trademark clearance, tax advice, business licensing advice, or legal publishing compliance services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Clients should consult licensed professionals for legal review, copyright registration, trademark filing, contract review, tax strategy, and regulatory matters.

05

Third-Party Platforms

Books and publishing assets may ultimately be distributed, listed, printed, hosted, or sold through third-party platforms. These platforms may include retailers, marketplaces, printers, distributors, fulfillment partners, course platforms, payment processors, website hosts, or media channels.

Architect Publishing does not control third-party platform rules, fees, account approvals, policy changes, delivery times, platform outages, algorithm changes, suspension decisions, or platform-specific content restrictions.

06

Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates unless otherwise guaranteed in writing. Delivery schedules may be affected by client responsiveness, revision rounds, content delays, approval timing, third-party providers, technical issues, production complexity, and scope changes.

Architect Publishing is not liable for delays caused by incomplete client materials, missed approvals, or external platform/vendor interruptions.

07

Marketing and Promotion

Marketing support may include strategic guidance, promotional assets, landing pages, author branding, email campaigns, launch ideas, media kit development, social assets, or related promotional recommendations.

Marketing assistance does not guarantee conversion results, audience growth, paid ad performance, virality, engagement levels, or revenue outcomes.

08

Editorial and Creative Interpretation

Editing, design, ghostwriting support, formatting, positioning, and creative recommendations involve professional judgment and interpretation. Creative direction may include stylistic suggestions intended to strengthen readability, structure, clarity, positioning, and market appeal.

Final acceptance of creative recommendations remains with the client.

09

Revenue and Earnings Disclaimer

Any examples of publishing income, book launches, client wins, audience growth, speaking opportunities, business expansion, or monetization strategies are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.

Every author’s outcome is different.

10

Client Approval and Final Responsibility

Once final deliverables are approved by the client, responsibility for content accuracy, publishing use, legal permissions, platform compliance, and public distribution rests with the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Important: Client approval confirms acceptance of final materials as submitted for production, publishing, printing, posting, or distribution.
